Bernardo has over 20 years of experience in the global software industry, has a passion for innovation in education targeting global digital employability. He led the creation of communication in English training programs at the Jala Foundation and is member and advisor for the boards of two educational foundations in Bolivia, advising on ESL adoption and AI tools to scale educational innovation. Polyglot and technology enthusiast, with a drive to further impact in the digital enablement of Latin Americans for global digital employment.

Pablo joined Jalasoft in 2015 as a Technical Writer (Information Developer), and since 2019 he has been part of the Engineering Management team. With wide experience in the software industry and a background in Social Communication, Pablo combines technical leadership with a strong foundation in communication and is committed to helping teams achieve their goals, while encouraging the development of human talent in the industry.

Wara Hermosa is a Senior Lead Information Developer (Technical Writer) with extensive experience in technical communication, content creation, and documentation leadership in the software industry. Her work has focused on improving the quality, clarity, and accessibility of technical information, while fostering collaboration across teams and supporting continuous improvement in communication practices. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, bringing together strong professional expertise and academic preparation in communication and leadership.

Gonzalo Fortun, English Language Programs Specialist at the US Embassy in Bolivia, was an English Teacher for 21 years at BNC Centro Boliviano Americano Sucre, Academic Coordinator for 8 until July 2014. He was also a translator and interpreter at his own company, GPTranslations and in 2013, published his first book, "Activity Handbook. Gonzalo holds a PhD in Educational Science and Research from UPEA and Valencia University, a Master's Degree in TESOL from ASU, a Master's Degree in Higher Education Quality from UPEA, a Master’s degree in Education from CEPI USFX, a Higher Education Teaching Diploma from CEPI, USFX, an English and Quechua Bachelor’s Degree from USFX, a Teacher Training Certificate from the Education Bureau of the Department of State of the U.S., and several other specialty courses including ESP, Critical Thinking, Assessment in ELT, Advanced Writing, Gamification, and others. Committed to his status as State Alumnus, Gonzalo is an active member of Inspira, the Bolivian Exchange Alumni Network, and has been an active member and board member of IANA, the Interamerican Alumni Network of the Americas, now member of its Advisory Council.

Giowana is a professional with 8 years of experience in teaching English to Brazilian students. She has been an IT Analyst since 2023, for Quality Engineering and as a contractor for Novo Nordisk, performing and reviewing English compliance documentation. She is also a proofreader of academic texts in Portuguese and English, as well as translator of Portuguese-English and English-Portuguese scientific papers on Law and Psychology. Editorial experience at the Dutch scientific journal Air & Space Law Journal, where she has worked as an Editorial Assistant since March 2021. International publications in the field of International Law. Graduated in Law from the Santo Agostinho Faculty of Montes Claros (FASA). Class Valedictorian and Outstanding Student of the Law Course. Author of scientific articles, International Law literature, and a short novel.
