Cancellation Procedures:

Students have the right to cancel their Enrollment Agreement. Students wishing to cancel the Enrollment Agreement must do so by providing written notice of cancellation to the University by mail or e-mail within five (5) work days prior to the start of classes.

Non-Acceptance Cancellation:

If for any reason an applicant is not accepted by the University, the applicant is entitled to a refund of all monies paid (if any).

Enrollment Cancellation:

An applicant who provides written notice of enrollment cancellation within five (5) business days of signing an Enrollment Agreement prior to the start of classes is entitled to a One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Application and Registration Fees within 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the refund will be issued to the Sponsor in the event that the Sponsor has made the payment on behalf of the Student. The student’s scholarship will be voided once the University receives the student’s written notice of cancellation.

Cancellation After the Commencement of Classes:

If the candidate requests enrollment cancellation after the start of classes, no refund procedure will apply to the Application and Registration Fees; however, the candidate will be entitled to a refund of a percentage of the tuition paid according to the following schedule:

The tuition percentage described in the table will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice; the refund will be issued to the Sponsor in the event that the Sponsor has made the payment on behalf of the Student.

Procedure for Withdrawal/Withdrawal Date:

a. A student choosing to withdraw from the University after the commencement of classes must provide written notice to the Student Services Officer in their country. The notice is to indicate the expected last date of attendance and be signed and dated by the student.

b. For a student who is on an authorized Leave of Absence, the withdrawal date is the date the student was scheduled to return from the Leave of Absence and failed to do so.

c. A student will be determined to be withdrawn from the University if the student has failed to comply with the attendance policy.

d. The student will be required to return all books and supplies provided by the University within 30 days of the withdrawal date.
